The compilation of a pricelist (see Consulting) is exercised after having analyzed the market, optimal transportation methods, product certification in the foreign market. From this point onward the realization of a product can be realized.
Representation
We represent you in the market finding distributors and importers for you. Our task is to create sales network starting with the importer, also developing contacts with distributors and final users. Statistic results of sales and communication are important for company’s administration with the purpose of taking strategic marketing decisions, and also decisions of changing and adapting the product according to market demands. The aim is to find a necessary niche for a product emphasizing company’s image and “the prism effect”.
Agency
At the next stage, when the product is introduced in the market, our agent deals with the consolidated client directly. Effectiveness and quality of agent’s work is controlled distantly directly by a firm-customer and also by “Esteso Trade” at the local level. The firm-customer has its own office (outsorcing) in a way needlessly in establishing contract relations and also tight control. Besides, if the agent leaves the company, “Esteso Trade” keeps in touch with acquired clients as a new collaborator is introduced into the structure.
Import
If a product is being planned to be imported for starting trading activities but we are not disposed to cooperate with a definite importer, or he is not simply found within an established period of time, “Esteso Trade” Ltd starts working as an importer for custom clearance of a product in the Russian territory and for its provision to agents and representatives, or as a commissionaire (logistics are provided within the framework of outsourcing).
